Parkrun VE 80 Day

It was so.lovely seeing people dress up for parkrun.
Garmin watch was flashing 168 at one point red!! Heart Rate.. I need to switch if off I think..
So stopped walked till rate reduced ran again..
Very hot!!
N gone to A Beer Festival locally with Pete.. Enjoying the garden at home so peaceful..
