South over cona glen

Early start to pick up pal for hills. Sadly his bike front wheel not right do changed plans and headed to lochaber.

Easy start on track until we had to head east through regeneration forest and over rivers. The Scots pines were brilliant and the huge wood ant needle pines amazing. Open hillside reached a a slog of an ascent, grand views and an easy undulating ridge to our next summit.

Lunch and stroll to next summit and the steep drops to cone glen gave stunning views.

Not much wildlife today as we headed vack to a sun baked glen to walk out.

Uneventful journey home.

Finn walked and allotment greenhouse watered.
