This morning was eerily quiet: no vendors peddling, no relatives going to our place, no construction workers doing overtime. The only noise I heard was my own mind battling with the idea of rest or routine. In the end, I always choose sticking with routine because it helps me get a good to excellent sleep score in my Garmin app the next day. 

This afternoon, we're attending my nephew's first birthday at Mc Donald's. The theme is Madagascar, T might or might not wear his penguin hat later.
