Dhufish

They came highly recommended and I have to agree the Fish and Chips from Peaceful Bay near Denmark were the best ever.  Because it’s Mother’s Day in Australia we felt justified in ordering the Dhufish, which in WA is considered to be a jewel of the sea.  Honestly, I love a good feed of Fish and Chips and this is a memory that will linger for a long time!!  Nothing like eating them straight away and it was so pleasant sitting outside at the little cafe attached to the Caravan Park.  The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day all round.   We did a reconnaissance of the Caravan Park and will definitely make a bee line for it when they open up again after the winter break.  It’s a good old homely one where you can pull up under a lovely shady Peppermint tree and just chill out for a few days.  If you click on the map reference icon and look at the satellite image you will see just how glorious the Bay is and I can’t wait to go for a swim there next time round.
