The pier is open!

St Andrews pier finally reopened yesterday, (actually it was opened the previous evening for a University parade). Great to see it open; a walk well loved by townsfolk, students and tourists alike.  The long pier has been closed since November 2023 after storm damage. The shore end still requires further remediation works.
