Late desperation Blip (dB).

On the way to the pool this morning, saw a seal in the River Ness – it was surfing on the Infirmary Bridge wave and later swimming and "porpoising" upstream of there. Swim, shop, home - via bus, rather than risking the bike. Still taking the pain killers for my back.
