Kamper Kogge...

The Kamper Kogge is a cog built in Kampen. The cog is a reconstruction of a wreck from 1336 that was found in the Flevopolder near Nijkerk. In addition to information from this wreck, archival research was also carried out in order to build an authentic cog as much as possible. In the Middle Ages, a cog was built in four months, the Kamper Kogge took four years to build.
