Sunny Sunday

Little Man and I had church this morning. The journey there and back was a bit interesting as the people who gave us a lift there couldn't give us a lift home, so we came back with another family who live locally.

The service itself was good, but longer than normal due to the amount of announcements at the beginning of the service. There's church split taking place after the summer break and the annual church camp. The leaders and the building are known, but not much else (in regards to who will be joining the church plant).

Little Man and I popped into the supermarket before we came home, and Little Man had a lot of fun helping me push the mini shopping cart around with our shopping in.

We've had a quiet afternoon, Little Man has been pretty tired but otherwise has been doing good. He enjoyed this morning as he was able to play with his friends in the toddler room. There isn't a crèche so the mums are taking it in turn to look after the children who won't sit still, on a blanket, during the service.

The sun has been shining all day and we did go outside to soak up some sunshine before returning to the coolness of the house.
