Sunshine and showers later!

A glorious early summer’s day spent mainly in our garden. After lunch we went for a walk in the increasingly sultry conditions. As we came home the clouds built up from the west and we had one of those sharp’ showers. The rain, albeit, short lived, smelt wonderful. A few minutes after the downpour it was hard to tell, from looking at the ground, if it had actually rained at all! An evening voluntary shift in town awaits.
