The Chase

A lovely sunny day today and a nice steady morning was enjoyed.. Early afternoon we ventured out for a walk and to get a blip. The annual Lincoln Grand prix road cycle race was taking place  so we decided to go and watch part of the men's race and get a blip at the same time. We watch them come past us 2 times they end up doing 13 laps each lap is  8 miles around the city and surrounding countryside . My shot shows the chasing field with the lead pack  about 10 seconds in front .More shots are HERE .
Back home and watched a stream of another poor Man U performance against West Ham which saw West ham win 2-0 and we then watched the 2nd Rugby League Challenge cup semi final which saw Warrington beat Leigh 21 - 14 .
A chilled out evening is now planned
