Cycling today I passed this monument. The monument was put here as memory when on this place a tunnel was built for the “Betuwelijn” (a double track freight railway between Rotterdam and Germany) under the Pannerdensch Canal instead of a bridge over the Pannerdensch Canal to protect the landscape and environment... @ Angeren/Doornenburg, the Netherlands
