British Orienteering Championships 2025

Richard had a disturbed night and it made me realise trips away are a none starter. However having made the trip Richard was keen I should compete. I was short of sleep but decided to give it a go. 
A long walk to the start mostly uphill followed by a physical and technical course certainly was a challenge. A couple of mistakes meant I wasn’t too happy with the time I took. However others must have struggled as I ended up 5th.
I headed back to the caravan and after a shower and lunch drove home so Richard was back on home turf.
