Oh no! Damp again

I got back after helping out at the quiz night and just happened to check the little room and could see a puddle on the floor! The ceiling has only been up for a few weeks! And thankfully not yet plastered! I texted Mark this morning and he asked for a photo, my one of two for the day! The other is of the ceiling in extras
The ceiling shows no sign of damp but when I climbed a ladder I could feel that by the wall it was damp! Mark had suggested that maybe he should remove the board to protect it from the water! I await developments but I need to let Nigel, the owner of the flat, know! He did say that it had all been sorted out and had paid for the work done by Mark! He will not be happy that whatever the plumber did has not lasted very long:!
