A sequence of events

Without a doubt, I’ve found the place where Elbows stepped unwittingly into freezing water because the ground & stream were covered in snow.

Lots of the family were with us. We made our way slowly back to the car with the dogs, Cholmeley and Mabel at the time, but Elbows lower leg and foot did not warm up. The nerve damage went on for ages and eventually, he went to the GP, and a sequence of events led to an under active thyroid diagnosis. It was important for that to be treated so in a way, that frozen stamp was a gift.

Elbows sister and brother in law came round for breakfast and to see the house. They stayed for a couple of hours. Shame Elbows wasn’t here.

Jobs in between but a meal out with Chris and Anna this evening. Was grateful to be able to jumping onto the Rooted lift back from town.
