We decided we'd still go to Eastwood. 
After checking the weather forecast we quickly rethought our packing.
It was hot today! Driving down in 26 degrees wasn't fun and not the best time to discover the air con isn't working very efficiently. 
The traffic was very busy but mostly smooth but it  seemed a long journey
But we made it. 
Our room is on the north side and pleasantly cool. 
It is very strange to be without Fletch.We had a walk around the huge grounds and reminisced about him . 
He is still with us in spirit
