Turbines

Up early after another cold night.
The last race -17k.
Very hot and hilly.
The girls walked - and took the offered shortcut. They got back an hour after Luna and I - another 9th place! (By my reckoning - haven’t seen the official results).
Very pleased with Luna’s running, but I need to train her to some sort of not pulling on the diwnhills - a bit lethal and makes it very slow as I hold her back. The pros get their dogs to go “behind”.

One runner was cooling her dog down by splashing cold water on his balls.

Last fry up, packed the tents and home.
