The Pasque flower I blipped recently has gone over and been replaced by this gorgeous seed head.  Had an interesting journey into Carlisle for groceries as the sheep, lambs and cows are now back on the marsh for the summer months.  They think nothing of wandering along the road as they did this morning, makes life interesting.  Also lots of Hadrian's Wall hikers wandering along the road.  The two guys were back re-laying the slabs today.  They've had a few days off doing other jobs.  Have nearly finished, can't wait!
