Miniscule Monday
There is the tiniest beetle, with the tiniest heart on its back, right at home in the middle of this exploding flower, which may or may not be a gaillardia. It rained this morning, a noteworthy event around here in May. Kinda bulldozed the remaining iris, but hopefully it helped everything else flourish. I know for sure that the weeds in the paths will come back all happy that they have another chance; I’d just about finished the circuit, but now I’ll probably have to do it again. Too bad I care about tidiness in the garden. Nothing beats playing in the dirt though.
