Danny was off early for a bucket list trip to Barcelona with a friend. His favourite band are playing a tiny intimate club, and the tickets were crazy cheap! So he's been very excited and I've been wondering if in fact he'll be seeing a tribute band?! However late night I got a video and it was indeed the Sterephonics!
A bit of a stressful start to the day with late buses etc getting over to do the Food bank, and no Gemma as she's still needing to take things slowly. But a friend from church called at the perfect time and was hugely helpful, and actually stuck around all morning with me. 
Nate managed the whole morning at school but came home exhausted, so no football. Our doctor friend said loads of rest and fluids, so we're taking the odd thing out of his diary.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) This gorgeous chance for Danny to see Sterephonics.
2) The morning being much more peaceful after a flustered start.
3) This lovely cat who brings so much joy to our home.
