Buttercups and Horsetails

Started the day getting tickets for next year’s symphony series here in Bellingham. The website wasn’t working but I finally reached the ticket office on the phone. Why so busy? We are having a very amazing and famous soloist playing with our orchestra next April and everyone was hoping to score seats for that concert as well. It is not part of the series and is a fund raiser so we were hoping to get decent and yet affordable seats. We ended up getting center seats in Row Z, not the least expensive, but in a good location. Our regular seats for the series are in the VIP section and are $500 each! Needless to say, we aren’t sitting there for that concert. And who is the famous musician? Yo Yo Ma!
