River Scene…….

…… Seen early this morning. A viewpoint just upstream from the Beaver Road Footbridge. It is looking to the far distant mountains up the Wairau Valley. The lop-sided pine is upstream on the right. There was a weird dawn sky with a low cloud covering which glowed pink during a moment in time. That low cloud cover prevailed all day and made for chilly temperatures. Perhaps it was due to the full moon, but young Ruby was extremely lively on her leash during our walk along the River paths this morning. She wanted to play, play, play.
