Cycling buddies

My local choir put on a performance in a beautiful old church in a near by village.
My pal and I thought we would cycle over as the weather is so good - but there is a seriously steep hill in the way.
So I cycled over to her house and then swopped on to her husbands e-bike. The two of us cruised along quite happily taking on the hills (she was electric powered too!).
The concert was lovely - I’ve not been able to commit to the choir for that last 12 months as I have been away so much. But as I sat listening I realised that most of the songs are still there in my head.
A lovely afternoon, rounded off by calling in on a pal on the way home. Having not seen her for well over a year it was nice to have a wee catch up.
