My bestie takes photos of teams and individual head shots as well as action shots at the Basketball Championships, covering the 4 age groups over the year...
He told me that there was a Basketball Club in Rockhampton called Ripper Team... Rockhampton is about 7 hours drive from North of us...
About 6 weeks ago I contacted their uniform supplier, who then said I'd need to contact the club... Which I did... I explained our surname was Ripper and I would love to purchase one of their team singlets for my son Ruben... I told them that he didn't play basketball, that he's a runner and runs in singlets... They were more than happy for me to purchase a singlet... They are custom made, Ruben's favourite number is 36 so that's the number I used, the front of the singlet is their club logo and I was then able to get a name added to the back and I chose Ripper instead of Ruben...
It arrived yesterday and today I got him to put it on so I could take some photos to send to the basketball club as they said they'd love to have some photos to share on their social media...
He was pleased to get it and it'll be a great Winter running training singlet as it's actually reversible (white/black) so it's double thickness so will be great during the cooler months...
