Down by the River....

When I say that, I always think of Neil Young's, next line,  "I shot my baby." Not that I would encourage you to do that. Babies are precious things.
    I've spent a lot of mental energy today triyng to pesuade a friend who gets sharp pains in his calf muscles when walking, and rails against the apparent indifference of the NHS to his plight, to try gentle exercises. "You can maybe do something yourself that will help." It's not unlike talking to a brick wall,  but I will persist.
