Large Red Damselfly

Another warm sunny day.  I started off at Latterbarrow NR where I found the Early Purple Orchids had finished flowering and the Greater Butterfly Orchids were mostly still in bud.  I couldn't find any Fly Orchids.  I then popped across to Meathop Moss where I found this Large Red Damselfly and others including a Beautiful Demoiselle.
