What A Difference A Day Makes!

This is the view from our balcony aboard the ship while we are docked in Reykjavik.  The picture on the left was taken yesterday morning, with fog and snow/sleet/rain blowing in.  The image on the right was taken this morning with lovely sunny weather -- who knew there was a mountain behind that little house!

Today is a turnover day, so a whole new crowd came aboard for the last leg of our worldwide journey.  Amongst the "newbies" are two old friends from our Pole to Pole voyage in 2023, who have flown in all the way from Sydney, Australia.  We are excited to reunite with them this evening for dinner!  They will be disembarking in New York the day after we leave the ship in Boston, then after spending a few days in the Big Apple they will come stay with us in Boston, and then in Maine for another week or so.
