Glasgow

I got the 8:35 Flix bus from Broxden to Buchanan street bus station in Glasgow today.

My cousin’s train didn’t get in fro
Froon ti10:55 so I went for a coffee to Himba on Saichiehall street. It seems to be getting a much needed facelift, lots of digging and works to the pedestrian Area.

We met and went for another coffee. Had a lot of chat about holidays and family stuff etc.

Went to the shops and I ordered another pair of the linen mix trousers I bought last week int he Edinburgh Xara, this time a navy pair.

We went for lunch which was disgusting. We both ordered the roast chicken salad. The salad consisted of lettuce with tomato slices on the side (which I don’t eat). The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. The guy didn’t come back outside to ask us if everything was ok. When we went to pay I said that I didnt enjoy the meal, the chicken was rubbery and the salad was non existent! Sorry about that he said I will take the service charge off. Big deal. Anyway I didn’t eat it so I bought a sandwich in Pret for the bus home.

It wasn’t that great either it was soggy ! I co soled myself at home with a bacon roll. Now that was good!

Hazel and I had a good day despite the food being awful
