Tuesday
We took H&R up on to Bratton camp to see the silhouettes and to see the White Horse.
The silhouette on the left looks like Florence when she wore a bun to hide her baldness and scar following the craniotomy.
The red warning flags were flying and we could hear guns so the army was definitely exercising on the plains.
It was warm and muggy and, eventually, we enjoyed thunder and cloud bursts. Not enough rain to fill the water butts unfortunately.
Later this afternoon, we visited Chama, Nigel, the children and all their guinea pigs.
