Sunday ...

... Funday.

We disembarked today (Sunday) and had some time to kill before our flight to San Diego.  Yes, San Diego ... as we are going to spend a few days visiting with my Mom before heading home on Wednesday.

Richard had found a nice botanical gardens close by the airport.  The only problem was we had no transportation.  We have only used Uber one other time before ... ironically before our cruise to the Bahamas in 2019.  But today it was nice to be able to have this option ... even if it cost us some money.

We had taken a (paid) shuttle to the airport where we were able to store our luggage before getting the Uber to the gardens.  And we were so glad that we came here!  There were lots of beautiful flowers ... and birds!  Including this gorgeous Anna's Hummingbird.  Isn't he simply stunning?!?

Backblipped: May 13 from San Diego ... and I have several vacation photos to fill in when I get home.  But I wanted to at least post this beauty.
