Urban Renewal

This is the site of the mountain bike track park underneath I 5 in Eastlake. This new construction activity is what I found this morning as I cut through to get to the steps. This is a $315,000 funded project to construct “”Pump Tracks” for beginning mountain bikers to practice on, plus there will be extra freeway noise abatement work as well.
