Walk after dinner
We do this most nights as Beda is so happy to go. Up and down our street is only 1/2 a mile, but we all enjoy it, especially when the sky is beginning to change. If you add this to our daily longer walk it rounds it up to 1-1/2 to 2 miles, which is so good for us. Stress relieving, slowing down, noticing and health benefits!
Thanks for all your kinds words the past few days. We were quite worried yesterday as mom had to have a transfusion, but she has improved today. We have now refrained from visiting, as she is in a covid room that has extra protocols. We did realize this until yesterday when her Physical Therapist told us we should have gowns on. We also were given a more suitable mask than what we were wearing. So we decided it was best for us and and the Hospital Unit if we checked in with the nurses by phone. Fortunately we had another Covid booster 2 weeks ago. I think that will help too.
