Eye to Eye........

………with a wasp. Thankfully this one has expired and was adorning the windowsill in the bedroom. Seemed to good an opportunity to miss so the reversing lens came out. This time I shut down the aperture to f/22 and set up the camera on a tripod. I did think about a focus stack but it would have been reliant on using the focusing rail and even a slight movement of this re-composed the image in the frame.

It's hariy, isn't it?
