A BED WITH A VIEW

It occurred to me this morning ( whilst I drank my now cold cup of tea) that this view from my bed could be for some people, a perfectly acceptable "holiday" view. It would be something people sought out to enjoy a break from their busy world, aid their mindfulness and wellbeing.....and I have that here in my house....in my bedroom and I should not take it for granted. In other news.....I had a terrible night's sleep and I am a bit grumpy.
