The Welsh poppies are popping up everywhere.
A day of chores, gardening etc and a dentist appointment. My dentist took a couple of x rays but all was ok. I managed not to gag, which is always embarrassing, by lifting one leg up a little, apparently doing this can help stop it happening. ( dentist told me this).
