Two sucesses in one day!

The first one is that my recalcitrant friend has agreed to accept my safe exercise recommendations. (Phew!) Secondly my bestist friend who seemed to be in the doldrums, has finally started communicating with me and has requested a copy of the CD playlist pictured above, which he tells me he will be able to hear in his friend's car. I'm over the moon. Friends can be hard work, but if you keep at it, rewards may come.
