Self pity alert:: I'm fed up because my knee is putting a stop to the activities I would normally do when we are here, such as walking Euan to school. I can only manage one trip a day and that very slowly and with a stick. I'm going to seek out a steroid injection when back home in the hope it gives me some movement back and less discomfort.
