A hedgehog met a dog in the ditch

A moment later the same dog met two snakes and was bitten. Long story short: all the animals involved are still alive, the dog recovering, snakes taken to a safe place, far away and the hedgehog is somewhere minding it's own business. 
Extra: Pulsatilla vulgaris, growing very, very slowly.
