Astley hall

Tai chi this morning. Today I met some old colleagues for their monthly lunch. There were only 7 of us as quite a few are on holiday. I don't usually make it as I'm either at Edge Hill or pilates. It was lovely. 
Instead of coming straight home I went to Ashley Park for a walk. The house was open, It has been renovated so I went in. It is beautiful. I've put some photos in the extra. I was the only person going round as it wasn't long before it was shut. There is a bedroom believed to be where Cromwell slept. The windows have been renovated each pane taken out and put back. I loved that some of the panes are coloured. There was a name scratched into one pane in 1606 obviously with a diamond ring.
