Spanish style

An airport find, but it wasn’t the one I really liked from my Christmas visit.
Got a cortisone injection in my knee. Useful also because it was done by guided ultrasound so now know what my arthritis is like. Quite bad apparently.. bone growths, inflammation, meniscus issues.. thankfully it doesn’t often feel as bad as it sounds. Felt a bit sore and out of sorts this evening, slept early.
