A quick coffee?

They’ve “improved” the coffee shop at work. 

Before, you’d order at the counter, pay and the barista would tell you when your drink was ready.

Now you have to order on a touch screen, take a slip of paper with your order number, then wait for the number to appear on the “order ready” screen.

Takes about twice as long, and you end up with a pointless piece of paper you don’t need.

And they call it progress.
