Founders Day

Today was the anniversary of the preservation of the railway. I was guarding the first train, the second one was a special founders day train. I had a great day learning how to communicate with the train crew using the flag and hand signals from the guards van at the back. It was very hot though which made it more tiring. We have had a lovely evening at the railway house chatting about our various days.
