Mt Hood

We were blessed today with sunshine amidst the clouds!!   The SUN came out today earlier than expected and we decided to drive up the mountain as we are only 30 min away from it.  We stopped first at Mt. Hood meadows and the sky was blue and the mountain was clear.  By the time we got to the lodge it started snowing!!!   We were up there for about an hour watching the mountain and the snow boarders ( slushy) and then headed down.  We got a few shots then and then Joe and I went to the Ranger station and were able to get some nice shots.   Next week will be a bit warmer and the next week better.  Oh well.  We still had a nice time.  Tomorrow will be our last day here.
