Out and About Again

It being grey with rain forecast for later we made the most of the morning by having a shufty round the shops before sitting awhile for coffee and cake at Clement. Nothing purchased apart from an overpriced and oversmall bottle of local gin with “Mediterranean” herbals. And I discovered I really don’t suit Hawaiian shirts.
Later the rain came and we walked to a restaurant in the evening under a brolly. The two king prawns added to my scran for mainly decorative effect were undercooked and sloppy when I peeled them so they offered me a free beer. If only they’d done that at the start - would sir prefer two king prawns or a free beer? In fact take the rest of it away too - how many free beers do I now get?
