Busy Afternoon

No ... not me!  I had a very lazy and relaxing afternoon wandering the gardens at Loseley Park. I did manage to sit on the bank overlooking the "moat" doing a quick line and wash drawing of a cottage at one end before heading to the café for afternoon coffee and cake.

Afterwards there were more wanderings and a chat with the gardener; it was well past opening times by now, but no-one seemed to mind and I wasn't alone.  I also remembered my little Olympus had a "pro-capture" feature which records a second or 2 of shots before you finally press the shutter, so tried this out on some of the many insects flying around. This shot, one of the first "pre-capture" shots of 20, shows the benefit of the feature; the final shot was out of focus!
