Addington walking tour

I spent the morning walking through the streets in Addington,  one of the earliest settlements. We visited St Mary's church which is where my parents married many years ago. The bell tower has a plaque remembering Richard Seddon who was one of our early prime ministers. The next stop was the first protestant cemetery in the city where many notable names were found. It is always sad noting how young many of the people were when they died.
