While David and Ruben ran with the rest of the crew this morning I had a nap in the car for 45 mins... I got out in time for the coffee van to arrive... We all sat on the sea wall drinking coffee and chatting but there was no Sunrise this morning, I think it was closer to noon before we actually saw the Sun high up in the sky when the clouds briefly parted...
