His/Her Masters Voice.

Arrived early at the gym, although Cath was in just before me.  We did what had to be done, then went for coffee. Des hasn't been in for a few weeks, as his son, wife and g/son are over from Hong Kong, on holiday. I think he found the visit a bit stressful, and he is glad to get back to normal, although Des is never normal :-)  Went into town afterwards, did some shopping, then caught the bus home.
