Congrats
Prof. Ashley... today is our last yoga class for this semester and I decorated this stone for her to commemorate her becoming a professor this year. I colored her hair pink, because that's how she showed up one day. But in the process with the covered protective spray it faded. I better don't mess this up with more coloring. She gives us a stone as well on the last day. This is my third semester, the previous years I got stones with: 'faith' and 'joy'. During the summer session she will have an online Asynchronous class, meaning we can watch it any time.
In this picture I am letting the spray dry outside.
Now I am looking at it again and I am thinking, good that I saved some of the LA Times printed newspaper. In the end I was the only one who got a printed paper on our street... then only on week-ends and it got wet by the sprinkler, unless I got up before 7 on a Sunday, then I decided to go with the flow and now I am online have the LA Times e-paper how they call it. I am getting used to it. I like it how you can turn the page like a real newspaper.
I also have to say that the subscription for the paper become pretty expensive, that explains it, but also many people just read the headlines the phone or the computer feeds them every day. Too bad, I still rely on the newspaper articles for good and solid information.
