A new friend

My neighbour rang to ask me to go round for a cup of tea and a gossip. “My daughter’s dog is here” she said “and he might bark at you”. I went over and the dog decided I was his BFF and just wanted me to scratch behind his ears. He kept coming up to me and putting his paw on my knee.
