Changing A Fuse

We lost power for a little more than an hour.
Checking with friends lead me to conclude that the outage was very small.  About then a utility truck pulled up out front and, using an expandable pole, changed the fuse that must be at least 30 feet up. 
    As soon as he snapped the new one in place we were back in business (metaphorically speaking).
